BCSrr | Sports Recovery & Rehabilitation is a New York-based therapeutic recovery practice offering personalized bodywork, mobility-focused care, recovery support, and wellness services designed to help clients restore, recover, and perform at their best.

Sessions are customized to each individual using a professional, results-driven approach that may include therapeutic massage, mobility techniques, assisted stretching, compression recovery therapy, contrast therapy, and wellness-focused recovery support.

BCSrr serves professionals, athletes, travelers, fitness clients, and individuals seeking elevated recovery and therapeutic wellness services in a private, supportive, and professional environment.

Mobile appointments, recovery enhancements, and customized wellness sessions may be available upon request. 

Appointments are available by appointment only, no walk-ins. Please book online. 

An Initial Recovery Wellness Consultation is required for all new clients and may be combined with a therapeutic recovery or mobility session when appropriate. This consultation helps establish individualized recovery goals, review health history, discuss mobility and wellness concerns, and create a personalized treatment approach designed to support safe and effective care.

Superbills are available for eligible clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement. A Letter of Medical Necessity (LOMN), referral, prescription, or treatment recommendation from a qualified healthcare provider may be required by some insurance plans. Coverage and reimbursement are not guaranteed and depend on each client’s individual insurance plan, benefits, deductible, copay, medical necessity requirements, referrals, diagnosis codes, authorization rules, and claim approval. Select insurance plans may be accepted through American Specialty Health (ASH), when applicable.

Clients are responsible for confirming benefits before booking.

*Please note that all confirmed mobile appointments scheduled more than 2 miles outside of the primary service area may incur an additional travel fee ranging from $42–$90 depending on distance, travel time, parking, tolls, and appointment location.
